At work I’m taking over some code in both Go and PHP and working to clear my schedule to make that easier. At home I bought a lifetime license to Laracasts and am diving back into Laravel and PHP, techs I used to know deeply but last really used around 2018.
Both of these endeavors I can credit to a combination of changes at the office as well as attending PHP Tek last week. I don’t remember the last time I left a tech conference with inspiration but this one did it…
