The Holidays are Upon Us

The holidays are upon us once again.

Maybe it’s because I’m getting older or maybe it’s because we’re much more settled in Chicago this year and not dealing with moving or Covid as we had been for the last few years but I think it snuck up on me faster than I can ever remember it in the past.

Usually the holidays are one of my favorite times of year but this year I also find myself overwhelmed with it all.

Here’s to hoping I can find some Christmas spirit before it’s too late.
